Gabe Corchiani opened Fat Boy's Pizza with wife, Karen, in 2019. Gabe was inspired to create massive pies and bring them to New Orleans. The first location blossomed on Metairie Road and quickly the love for the biggest slice began to spread all throughout the Gulf Coast area!
